Henry Papworth

Henry has always been passionate about sport. Be it running, football, or tennis, Henry pushes himself to be his best version in each field.  The same can be said for his love of music.  From a young age, he played piano, double bass, bass guitar and more across his participation in bands and as a session musician.  It was only natural to combine these two passions and become an indoor cycling instructor!

Henry’s classes are all about the music. His love of hip-hop will be obvious in his playlists but you can expect him to experiment with various music genres.  Ultimately you can expect tunes that will get you motivated and working hard while wearing a smile on your face from start to finish.
