Cycle Culture welcomes all and aims to give every rider an exceptional experience, every time. To keep things running smoothly, we ask for some agreements from our tribe. While some rules are made to be broken, these are not! If you have any questions or concerns, let’s talk about it. We are always eager to hear from you.
Book Your Favourite Bike!
Set your alarm because class bookings open 7 days before and are available up until 5 minutes prior to class start time. You must book a bike to join class and you may only book a bike for yourself…make sure to tell your friends to join when the booking window opens!
Change of Plans?
You can change or cancel your booking up until 3 hours before class start time in the Booking section under “My Account.” After that, you will lose the class credit. Multiple no-shows will get you a talking-to and perhaps a revocation of booking privileges.
Make a Grand Entrance!
Please check in with our team behind the till on arrival. If you’ve never met your instructor then make sure to introduce yourself…we love meeting our members! And of course, please let your instructor know if you have any injuries or conditions that would impact your ride.
The Early Bird Gets the Great Workout!
As our Cycle Boss always says, “Early is on time, on time is late, late is unacceptable.” Aim to be on your bike and setup at least five minutes before start time. Late entry will not be permitted…once the doors close, they stay closed until class is over.
We’re in This Together!
And that means treating each other and the studio with kindness and respect. For that reason we recommend wearing face masks before and after exercise. Please keep food and hot drinks where they belong…in our gorgeous coffeehouse. Whilst in studio, hooping and hollering are always encouraged but please keep cross-bike chatter to a minimum, and unless you’re using the Momentum Group Fitness app…no phones.
No Nonsense…and No Tap Backs!
Contraindicated movements are strictly prohibited. Tap backs, dancing, push-ups, 120 RPM pedalling out of the saddle? No thank you. Those movements are ineffective and can lead to injuries. Also, they make you look silly.
We Love Feedback!
After class, let us know how we did! Bring us your questions and if you feel as good as we expect you will, spread the word with your friends and family to help our community grow.
Have Fun!
Because that’s what fitness is supposed to be! If you don’t believe that already, don’t worry…we’ll get you there. We can’t wait to see you!
