Favourite Quote: “I will win.  Not immediately but definitely.”

Since he was young, Dan has had a passion for two things in life: performing and sport.  Becoming a cycling instructor was inevitable!

Whilst growing up, there wasn’t a day in the week that Dan didn’t have football training, badminton practice, a cricket match, or even a motor race! Through his teenage years, his love for Elvis and Sinatra meant that weekends were eventually filled with gigging and performing.  When the time came, his dramatic side took over and this Yorkshire Crooner made the switch to the ‘Big Smoke’ to train as a professional actor.

After working hard through Drama School, Dan realised he’d neglected his other passion…exercise!   To Dan, sport and exercise mean more than just physical fitness or training your body.  They represent life.  They teach one how to deal with failure, how to move forward, how to be confident, disciplined, and how to strive for success.

For Dan, there’s no greater feeling than exceeding self-imposed limitations.  That feeling when every sinew in your body is telling you that you WANT TO STOP, that you CAN’T possibly go on, and you go and DO IT ANYWAY.  This is what he hopes to share with all those who join him in the cycling studio.

In Dan’s classes, you’ll inevitably find yourself singing along to songs you never thought you’d hear in a cycling class. From big band ballads to rock & roll, all the way to modern rap – with the odd Michael Bublé swinging serenade thrown in for good measure – you’ll literally cycle through the ages. One thing you can be sure of…you’ll work harder that you thought possible and love every second of it.

Join Dan to push your comfort zone farther than you ever thought possible!
