    As an actor, Tilda trained in many different movement disciplines whilst at drama school, as well as various dance styles and stage combat.  It was here that she also started going to the gym and regular Pilates classes, and discovered just how much this benefited her strength and stamina; something that is super important as an actor, especially for those 8-show weeks!

    After a few months of being a Barista at Cycle Culture and fully immersing herself in the classes, Tilda caught the indoor cycling bug. Fuelled by the best coffee in South London (she’s not even bias!), Tilda spent a lot of time with the wonderful instructor team learning how to find her own voice as an instructor.

    As Will Shakespeare said, “though she but little, she is fierce.”  Tilda’s classes are full of energy, motivation, laughter and SWEAT.  You can expect to be pushed to be your strongest self, working hard to break through those limits we put on ourselves, all whilst having a laugh and jamming out to some absolute BANGERS.  Tilda’s playlists have got something for everyone, from cheesy hits and noughties classics, to the freshest new tunes and dance floor bops, so she’ll have you singing along and sweating it out in no time.
